This supplemental curriculum will allow students to view, make up missed lesson/assignments during absences and will also allow for greater differentiated learning to occur. In addition, the curriculum will allow for "Flipped Classroom" where students will review standards and practices prior to classroom time allowing for maximization of Project Based Learning/in class time. This online supplemental curriculum covers the most fundamental culinary skills in each area of the kitchen which students can access remotely with their district 1 to 1 devices.
